T&M Gesellschaft für Telefonmarketing, based in Augsburg, is active in the field of telephone marketing and the provision of call center services. It has locations in Germany, Bulgaria, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Turkey. The Astera Legal deal team, led by partner Dr. Bernd Egbers, consisted of senior associate Philipp Hogrefe and senior transaction analyst Zacharias Woltering-Schlenker. The lender side was advised by Luther (Christoph Schauenburg, Partner and Jael Marquard, Senior Associate).

9.1.2024Astera Legal advised Iqony GmbH on corporate financing matters in connection with the acquisition of the STEAG Group by Asterion Industrial Partners (Asterion). The STEAG Group was sold by Kommunale Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG (KSBG) to Asterion. The transaction volume for the acquisition amounts to around EUR 2,6 billion.

22.12.2023Astera Legal advised FireDos Holding GmbH on a new financing. The financing was provided by Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederösterreich-Wien AG.

22.12.2023Tierklinik Lüsche GmbH is one of the most modern and largest equine clinics in Europe with over 80 horse stalls including the intensive care and isolation ward and over 120 employees spread over 2 locations. The clinic covers all important specialties of internal medicine and orthopaedics or sports medicine. In addition, with the X-ray and ultrasound equipment but also, among other things, scintigraphy, MRI, Qualisys and the innovative CT, offer extensive imaging capabilities. In addition to the work in the clinic, the veterinarians care for the German riders of the Olympic team.
