Advise of Capvis on the financing of the investment into AdEx Partners, a leading consulting company for digital transformation and IT strategy in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. The partnership of AdEx Partners will remain fully invested and continue their successful work in cooperation with Capvis. The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial details of the transaction.
Hamburg based AdEx Partners supported over the years blue-chip enterprises in shaping and successfully executing their digital transformations and IT strategy. They completed more than 1,000 successful projects in a broad range of industry verticals, such as pharma, healthcare, industrial equipment, retail and financial services. AdEx Partners is ranked as “Hidden Champion” by the leading German business magazine “Capital”, has won various “WirtschaftsWoche” “Best of Consulting” awards (2018-2021) and has been named multiple times as a “Great Place to Work®”.
Capvis, a private equity firm, which is focused on growth capital investments in middle-market companies, supports the management team of AdEx Partners in continuing to develop the company.
Completion of the transaction is still subject to approval from the relevant authorities.
