Astera Legal advised FireDos Holding GmbH on a new financing. The financing was provided by Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederösterreich-Wien AG.
FireDos is a company specialized in the development and production of proportioning systems and extinguishing monitors for firefighting. This proportioning concept, consisting of water motor and piston pump, was developed 20 years ago. Along with this development, the fast, environmentally friendly and cost-effective testing of the proportioning rate was established without the creation of foam or premix. Since then, over 15,000 units have been delivered to municipalities and industrial customers all over the world.
