Astera Legal advised Volksbank eG - Die Gestalterbank (Andreas Schmidt and Carsten Ihlenfeld) on the financing of the acquisition of YAVEON Group by Volpi Capital.

The YAVEON Group primarily supports companies in the life sciences industry with digitalisation and, as a certified Microsoft partner, also offers solutions for ERP systems, electronic data exchange, document and quality management, business intelligence and CRM systems.

Volksbank eG - Die Gestalterbank provides acquisition financing for medium-sized companies in the German-speaking market, both in bilateral financing as well as in club deals. Astera Legal regularly supports Volksbank eG - Die Gestalterbank on acquisition financing.
